Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One client was very suspect about Tai Chi's health benefits claims. After three months, he wrote how much his balance was now; how surprised his doctor was in noting significant improvements in blood sugar levels and weight loss.
So the recent event that I am fond of every time is when clients achieve their health goals .
