I am thrilled for your interest in advancing in your vocal training! Personally, vocal lessons have been helpful in growing my own voice and establishing my style and strengths as a vocalist. I have been singing my whole life, growing up I participated in broadway across America's "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" community musical theatre, girl choir of south Florida, Oceans Edge University where I studied voice for two years and recently a contestant on season 17 of NBC's the voice.
My job in being your vocal teacher is to push and encourage you in your gifting. My vocal program contains exercises that will expand your range and your abilities. I will teach you knowledge of the voice, such as, what happens when we sing and how to take care of your voice to maintain good vocal health. I will most importantly work on you as a singer and help in discovering the “sweet spots” in your voice plus finding your own style of singing. I will give you specific exercises on scales that will cater to advancing in strengthening your voice and we will be able to implement those exercises to songs! I only want to water the seed that is already planted and I can’t wait to have a front row seat of watching you grow!
I am an encourager, I love watching my students grow and see them thrive in their gifting, that is one of my favorite parts of teaching. There is nothing like that moment when it "clicks" and they discover a sweet spot in their voice. I love being a part of someone's journey in finding their voice.
