Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with introductions. (bowing in, Martial art style etc) from there, we will train basics and basic mechanics of Martial arts. This helps us prevent injuries. From there and with time, we will build into basic sparring, grappling etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2nd degree black belt In Tae Kwon Do - olymic style
2nd degree Karate black belt - Ashihara
Level one certified mauy thai
Level 2 Certified hyper martial arts (acrobatics)
Level 2 Certified Kali trainer (Stick fighting)
