About this pro

The work that the athlete performs is done in prepartion to get skills that are new, and may be uncomfortable to try. No matter the sport, you will get uninterupted one-on-one teaching with demonstrations of basic form and function based on your chosen exercise and sport.

The engagement of an athlete changes over time, and the beginning is often most important based on their natural skills and ability. It's great to see the joy that happens as athletes improve simply from skill development.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The informed consent contract must be read reviewed and signed by the participant and/or adult that will be paying for the personal training "lesson".

An email address will be required when the initial consultation is scheduled for 15 minutes. That is when the duration of lessons is determined and set.

It includes the general contact information for all parties as well as the experience expectations. Time, location, lesson duration and terms of scheduling for the next month.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am credentialed through a multitude of certifications.

How did you get started teaching?

I was chosen by a highly qualified mentor to train as an instructor with the YMCA after college.

Additionally, I was asked to intern and offered a role at the COOPER INSTITUTE FOR AEROBICS RESEARCH in Dallas, TX.
