I'm Charito. I love playing music in the piano, from popular music to classic pieces and hymns. I've always enjoy the feeling that music provides to a person and being able to teach that gift is absolutly amazing.
I adore teaching my sudents because they make everyday different and interesting.
I personalize the lesson for each student's needs and rhythm.
One of the best things that can happen to me is to be able to watch my students grow and enjoy this musical instrument, help them overcome difficulties and watch them enjoy their recitals.
I've been playing the piano for more than 10 years and I LOVE teaching piano!
I teach in english or spanish, which ever you're most commfortable with.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have ONLY individual classes, so I can focus on the personal development of each student.
I also encourage the parents to be involve as much as they want/can because that's how we can get better results.
I suggest students can have at least 1 hour lesson a week.
Solo trabajo con horas INDIVIDUALES, asi puedo enfocarme en cada estudiante personalmente y en su desarrollo.
Tambien, invito a los padres a poder involucrarse en las lecciones tanto como puedan, ya que esto ha traído los mejores resultados.
Sugiero de igual manera que los estudiantes tengan al menos 1 leccion de 1 hora a la semana.

My standard price is $30 hr.
Students must pay for their own books or material as needed.
Mi precio general es de $30 la hora.

How did you get started teaching?
I personally started some years ago as a request by some friends to teach them piano lessons, then they started briging more people and soon I had a good number of students in my previous place. Now that I'm here in the Dallas, I started again as soon as I got a piano for my self and we already have had some recitals.
Personalmente comencé a dar clases de piano hace algunos años porque amigos me preguntaron si podía darles lecciones, después ellos mismos trajeron mas alunos y al poco tiempo ya tenia un buen numero de alumnos. Ahora que estoy aqui en el area de Dallas, comencé de nuevo con las lecciones tan pronto tuve mi piano, y ahora ya hemos tenido nuestro recital en Mayo.
