People may think that plant-based means just salads. Salads are not the only thing we eat, we have many delicious dishes such as Enchiladas Verdes, Quinoa Patties, Sushi, donuts, Quiche, Sweet Potato Patties, Ceviche, Paella, Yakimeshi, Pastas, Raw Pasta, Cakes, Pico de Gallo with black beans, Brownies, and many other things. You do not have to sacrifice yourself to eat healthily.
If you are a meat-eater and food lover you must try this new way of eating. Everything is delicious! You won't miss the meat after you try all my plant-based dishes.

I love to cook. I believe that working in the plant-based food industry would help spread the word that Plant-Based Food is delicious, and amazing for people’s health. Playing part in promoting plant-based diets would be wonderful because I know this type of diet helps to minimize animal suffering, is tremendously better for the environment, and helps promote better use of resources and food to eliminate hunger in the world.
