Welcome! My name is Jonathan, and my teaching focuses on student centered learning. I am here to help students hone in on the skills they possess, and achieve the goals that they have set for themselves. My philosophy is "anyone can learn" and it is the driving force of my lessons. If you put in the effort, you will make progress. I have 15 years experience in strings, and 10 years experience in Digeridoo. As a Texan, I have been raised and shaped by the UIL and TMEA structure and know how to help students achieve their goals for solo and ensemble/ regional orchestra competitions. I have a wide repertoire of learning materials, and instructional strategies that will assist you or your student in improving the overall quality and skill if your musical talent. I would be happy to discuss this further over an introductory lesson.
