Molly Kelly
About
Molly M. Kelly has been studying, playing and enjoying music since the 3rd grade.
She has an Undergraduate degree (BME) in Instrumental Music Education, a Master’s (MM) in Clarinet Performance and Ethnomusicology and completed Doctorate Studies in Clarinet Performance before completing another Master’s degree in Rehabilitation (MS) at the University of North Texas in Denton. Ms. Kelly is a Certified Instrumental Music Teacher (K-14) in the states of Iowa and Texas.
Ms. Kelly has played in numerous orchestras, wind ensembles and musical productions under the direction of many notable composer-conductors including Arthur Fiedler and Henry Mancini.
Ms. Kelly teaches Clarinet, Alto and Tenor Saxophone, Oboe, Beginning Flute, Piano and Beginning Voice. Her passion for teaching and music, together with her lively teaching style make it fun and educational for students of all ages.
When not teaching, Ms. Kelly competes Nationally and Internationally as a Competitive Ballroom Dancer.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I interview the student to see what their individual goals are. For adults that are usually learning music for fun or relaxation. Once a goal or objective has been established, we work towards that goal!
