Chef HDZ felt the love towards the art of good cooking from his childhood, mainly in family reunions and thanks to the teachings of his mother. Chef HDZ has twenty years of diversified experience ranging from fast food to full dining restaurants like: Olive Garden, La Madeline, Benihana Japanese Steak and Sushi, Aparicio's Mexican Restaurant, Taco Cabana, Whataburger, Peter Piper Pizza and McDonald's. He obtained his Nutritional Adviser certification approved by the FDA and DSHEA "Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act," while working for a combined 10 years of experience at Vitamin World (NBTY Inc) and Sprouts Farmer's Market.
I enjoy and love teaching basic knife skills to a variety of simple but elegant dishes from Mexico, USA, Japanese, Central America and Italian.
