My formal training was in one of the most bountiful and creative culinary centers in America. My extensive travel has trained me all about international techniques, ingredients and methodologies. As a young baby chef living in Asia and then as an adult living in various parts of the US, living in Mexico and traveling all around the globe, my 20 plus years of working with people from rock stars to royals and regular folks alike, I've built a style and relaxed cooking that maxmizes flavors and let's the marrying of the ingredients shine through.
I love sharing food and the world of food with people. We learn from each other sharing cultures, stories, wins and failures all during the course of learning how we nourish and feed our bodies. Food connects us all.
