About
Hello, my name is Christian Parra. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in music Performance from UTEP. I have participated in several music festivals across the country and in Italy. Most recently I've attended the Lunigiana International Music Festival and studied with Yuri Torchinsky and Ksenia Milas. I currently study under the tutelage of Chloe Trevor. I have 8+ years experience in teaching, and in that time I have helped many students progress in their musical journey. Many of my students have played for the El Paso Symphony Youth Orchestras, have won all region auditons, and have won the EPSYO concerto competition. I am known for bringing out the very best out of my students, and I truly believe that every student deserves the chance to play music.
