Under The Sun Swim School

My name is Catherine, and I have a passion for teaching children and adults how to swim and how to improve their swimming strokes. I am the founder and owner of Under the Sun Swim School and Sugar Land Swim School. I have over 15 years of experience teaching swim lessons and training swim instructors. I founded Sugar Land Swim School in 2011 that employs over 15 swim instructors and teaches over 200 swimmers per summer. My husband and I moved to Fall Creek in June 2020, and we have a private pool that is heated year around. I am hoping to grow my reach in this area and provide swim lessons to more children and adults! I am Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certified. I am vaccinated against COVID-19 (Moderna) and wipe down all pool toys and kick boards with disinfectant wipes before every swim lesson.

I love teaching children and adults the lifelong skill of swimming. It is an activity that can be enjoyed for fitness or fun for the rest of their life and that brings me a lot of joy!
