What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I start with the basics, because the basics of karate are the foundation that everything else is built upon. I love to see people learning and enjoying this art. I also like to help people make progress and achieve their goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified, third degree black belt, awarded by the Kobukan Karate Federation, and licensed to teach the art of Matsumura Shorin Ryu karate.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Standard pricing starts at 15.00 per hour. Lessons are 1 hour.

You can train as many times per week as desired.

How did you get started teaching?

I love studying and learning this art so much that I wanted to be able to share what I have learned. I will be a life long student, myself. There is always more to discover.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with people from all different backgrounds. I enjoy meeting all kinds of folks, and sharing this art with them. It doesn't matter who you are, karate has something to offer all of us. Kids and adults alike.
