My name is Abdul Aweda student-athlete Cypress lakes high school. I started working with DPD eight weeks ago. After spring football which was terrible for me I knew i needed to increase my speed, strength, and improve my diet. Working with DPD they have done that and made me a better athlete and person. Working out with my team is fine, but the intenisty and push that i get working one on one with DPD is on a different level. Which is one of the reasons I chose DPD becuase i wanted to be pushed to my max and break limits. After working out 8 weeks with DPD, Ive gained 12lbs of muscle, improved my squat by 50 pounds, and have been recievings tons of complains and praise from my family and friends about how different I look now.
