    My name is Abdul Aweda student-athlete Cypress lakes high school. I started working with DPD eight weeks ago. After spring football which was terrible for me I knew i needed to increase my speed, strength, and improve my diet. Working with DPD they have done that and made me a better athlete and person. Working out with my team is fine, but the intenisty and push that i get working one on one with DPD is on a different level. Which is one of the reasons I chose DPD becuase i wanted to be pushed to my max and break limits. After working out 8 weeks with DPD, Ive gained 12lbs of muscle, improved my squat by 50 pounds, and have been recievings tons of complains and praise from my family and friends about how different I look now. This is the best ive ever felt and im looking forward to this upcoming season.

    I actually met Jerome at the gym. I saw him training another young person for track. Impressed by his methods and workouts I decided to try it out. I am a soccer player and Jerome has helped me improve in agility my balance and gain muscle while reducing my body fat. He also helped me out with my hamstrings I was dealing with injuries due to very tight gluts, with his training I have improved tremendously.

    I have been active my whole life and tried every workout and diet plan in the book. About six months ago, while recovering from a surgery, I decided to pursue personal training as a way to get comfortable in the gym again with some new limitations as I recovered. I had a wedding coming up and wanted to be in good shape. It was important to me that I find someone who was knowledgeable about injuries and comfortable making modifications to workouts, while still achieving goals. I reached out to Jerome because of his extensive background with sports injuries and training. During our consultation his knowledge was immediately apparent, he quickly picked up on several minor injuries that we hadn’t yet discussed just by watching me do a few simple exercises. Once we discussed my personal goals and the body I wanted, Jerome made a customized workout plan that would help me achieve my dream body.     Step 2: During your consultation we will complete a comprehensive assessment to learn more about you, your goals, previous injury (if any),current medications, alongside of providing a movement, range of motion, and posture assessments. This data will ensure we have adequate everything we need to move forward.  Step 3: We take everything we captured from your assessment and create the perfect workout plan to help you lose fat, reduce pain, and achieve goals you once viewed as unattainable!
