About this pro

I have a B.S. in Education and an M.S. In Education/Psychology and a National Merit Award recipient for Educational Program Development. I am also a 4th generation chef, taught Summer Cooking Camps at Centra Market sponsored by Le Creuset because I won a Chef's Contest by Le Creuset, was the chef during presidents Nixon and Ford during their summer-long transition period, as well as many high-level politicians, luminaries, and celebrities. Managed Mixim's de Paris, U.S. prior to opening my own restaurants

I love teaching, and I am hopelessly addicted to cooking. Being a 4th gen chef, my father and I did not watch sports together, we watched cooking shows i.e. Graham Kerr, Julia Child, and Jacques Pepin. My speciality is seafood as well as soups.
