I have a B.S. in Education and an M.S. In Education/Psychology and a National Merit Award recipient for Educational Program Development. I am also a 4th generation chef, taught Summer Cooking Camps at Centra Market sponsored by Le Creuset because I won a Chef's Contest by Le Creuset, was the chef during presidents Nixon and Ford during their summer-long transition period, as well as many high-level politicians, luminaries, and celebrities. Managed Mixim's de Paris, U.S. prior to opening my own restaurants
I love teaching, and I am hopelessly addicted to cooking. Being a 4th gen chef, my father and I did not watch sports together, we watched cooking shows i.e. Graham Kerr, Julia Child, and Jacques Pepin. My speciality is seafood as well as soups.

be clear about your needs, goals, and desires. establish a budget based on the above for food, equipment, and instruction.
