What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start off by seeing what their needs are, if it's beginner cooking, meal prepping, or maybe a fine dining meal, and then I go forward from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from 15 years working in a restaurant and three years of having my own catering business. I am also very passionate about food and learning about food and nutrition so I've studied a lot and taking some classes on that as well.
