My background in cooking and hospitality industry is over 30 yrs. I attended college in Corpus Christi then went to Austin for culinary arts at le cordon bleu. I've worked in a multitude of restaurants since a very young age. My mother and grandfather were chefs so I fell in love with cooking. Now I work at a busy restaurant on the front line. I love pastry but right now it's mostly cuisine. I love people and children are great to teach also. I am not much on writing about myself I'd rather show you. My recent work was working with a well known famous chef and decided to retire and start my home business as a chef. I prefer one on one personal cooking or instructing.
