What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Knowing their needs, and the experience that they have, even when they dont have any experience at all, I work step by step and take them by the hand and progress together in the process of learning how to cook.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, beer craft knowledge, food pairing with wines. pastry and baking, fine dinning.
