I use practical and easy to follow steps to prepare each dish. Each dish and menu is client-driven and is decided during the planning stage. Basic knife skills and cooking techniques help instill confident and encourage each student to explore more in the kitchen.
I enjoy sharing my passion of cooking and exploring flavor profile with others. Cooking is one of many life skills that my family taught me as a little girl that allowed me to explore cooking of other ethic and international foods.
