I am a highly motivated Culinary Artist. I have worked in the industry for over a decade and have my degree in culinary arts and sciences. I've worked in ran kitchens of all sizes. From 2 person tasting events to 100,000 person sporting events. As a chef ive hired and trained people of all walks of life and culinary experience.
I believe that every situation is an opportunity to both learn and teach and I welcome both with equal enthusiasm. The variety of experience I've encountered thus far have taught me multiple beneficial skills.Some of these include but are not limited to:

Also on a more personal note I absolutely love what I do. I have a strong passion for the culinary arts and the story that food can tell. I am more drawn to traditional old world cooking and traditional cultural cuisine.I think that so many of these dishes speak to the origins of the people and the lands they come from.I am also very conscience of where my ingredients come from,trying whenever possible to utilize the local food production vendors and the freshest products available.
The other aspect of this industry that I love is knowing that even if the guest never sees me that each day behind the line or while prepping an event that I am getting to be a part of that guests experience. With every plate I put out I strive to make that as positive an experience as possible.
