About
I should be considered a professional practice partner. I will correct bio mechanical stroke production power leaks.
I prepare players for competition by working the player like a Marine using a very athletic approach. I use a series of proven drills that require concentration and performance at Max Heart Rate. The best way to describe my approach is HIIT & Fartlek with a tennis racket as the exercise device. Most players practice in their aerobic comfort zone and try to perfect their shots. The do not max out their heart rate until they actually play a match. I train tennis atheletes at MHR. This simulates match conditions.
Do not hire me if you are not ready for thousand shot workouts and a very physical experience.
The success of my students.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I make an assessment of the player's skills and goals. I believe in a practical approach with an elevated heart rate. My lessons cover all relevant aspects of technique, conditioning, strategy, targeting skills, and practice habits. Typical lesson involves skill before drill approach, high shot counts, and visual feedback.
I also do video analysis of strokes for $25. Student sends video of forehand, backhand, serve, and volleys from both sides. Five each from front, side and back. Student receives written e-mailed critique of each stroke and comments on video.
