Candelas Tennis

Welcome! I have been playing tennis since the age of 4 and haven't stopped since. I trained at the Sanchez-Casal Academy in Barcelona, Spain where I travelled to international tournaments regularly and was a ranked player in ITF's. During my time at the academy, I was a coach for beginners and transition players, before acquiring my International Coaches Institute certification. This allowed me to become a certified "ICI Competition Coach." I was responsible for various young players when travelling, as well as coaching them at the Sanchez-Casal Academy. Being an experienced and active player allows me to connect with players and understand match situations with more knowledge. The implementation of drills used in the "Spanish System" (the same ones used by players such as Rafael Nadal, Carlos Alcaraz, and Fernando Verdasco) will allow you to improve consistency, transition to the net, and defining shots. The mental aspect of tennis will also be a crucial part of trainings, which will help in match situations. With hard work and dedication, you/your child's level of game will increase exponentially.
