About this pro

I've been playing competitive tennis for over 35 years, and played through USTA and been on teams who've  made it to Nationals. My partner and I went undefeated as the team went through the third round. I love the game, the competition and the fact that winning is like a chess game on the the court. Find your oponetes weakness and put them in that corner to beat players you would have never been able to take.

I enjoy taking students from the beginning and teach them the technical skills to master the game.

Most students want to Pound the ball and never work on their technical skills which make it much harder to be a consistent winner. I so much enjoy to see the improvement of their game after achieving their training. The excitement on their face when they realize they are a contender.

your training never stops as even the pros have trainers who work with them to get them to the next level

Coach Denver helped to teach me how to play the game of tennis both mentally and physically. Coach Denver was a huge factor in helping me to win High School district all 4 years and also earn a full ride to college playing tennis! Coach Denver became part of my family and he is an amazing coach!

Highly recommend Coach Denver! As a player, my daughter said she likes how Coach Denver has taught her things about the game she would never have learned in school. She also likes how he teaches/instructs. As a parent, I like how he adjusts his instructions according to the learning style and age of the player. Very easy to work with, dependable, and very passionate about the game. He teaches more than just the mechanics of the sport - he teaches kids how to be good sports too.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I start training from the beginning by going over the grip they use and options for them to try.

Each player is evaluated and started at their personal skill level

ee will work hardest on your personal weakness and teach the different stoke options.

you will learn topspin, slice, block and other technics.

the advance player will learn how to master the kick serve, drop shot, topspin and slice lob.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been trained and played competitive tennis from the beginning of High school with over 35 years of expireance. Played at a 5.0 rating and have sent many students to the state finals.
