Mastermind training
You come to the training session and you write down what you believe you need help with. Then you the trainee will write down the first 3-5 exercises your mind is telling you.
While your doing that your trainer is going to write down 5-7 exercises he believes will gain you the most improvement in the fastest time. We compare both list and then we do all the exercises in timed interval depending on what you pay for.
Don’t worry about not being motivated, your trainer will be next to your side the entire time completing the exercises with you. Your trainer will be your inspiration and will always fill your mind with positive feedback suggesting you push a little more than you planned
