Through various people in the community, I have aquired skills such as swimming/lifeguarding, playing guitar, and having a thorough understanding of various academic subjects.

In my last year of high school, I want to dedicate my free time to giving back to those around me through teaching them to have these same talents.

In school, I participate on the varsity swim team where I am constantly improving my skills. This past summer, I worked as a deepwater lifeguard in the wave pool of Typhoon Texas. From my experience there, I have constructed a lesson plan for anyone in need of basic swim instruction. Swimming is an important, life-saving skill, and I believe everyone should at least know how to float, tread, and freestyle stroke.

In playing guitar, I took lessons from River Pointe Church when I was 8-11 years old. Since establishing a intermediate skill level through these lessons, I practice regularly and am always learning new riffs. I am confident I could teach basic guitar lessons to a total beginner.

Lastly, in regards to academic tutoring, I am confident I could help students anywhere between kindergarten and 12th grade in most subjects. As a current member of the graduating class of 2022, I was most recently ranked as salutatorian of my school. I am the lead tutor of our AP peer tutoring program, in which I teach students how to tutor as well as tutor kids myself. Using material from the students' class, I can help in all core classes, and can offer tips on research projects, time management, and organization.

With my experience and skillsets in teaching, I hope to be your next go-to for a variety of lessons. Thanks for your consideration!
