About
My services stands out - I know how to cook, bake and no bake most all foods. I’m am allergic to all seafoods -so I come close to making the best seafood vegan meals (taste like seafood but not seafood). I love what I do. I started cooking at the age of 8 years old, my grandmother taught me how to to di all. If I made a mistake, I were to start over and learn the way she taught me. I like to follow ingredients but most times I know the recipe so I pinch here and dump there and the foods are great.
I put my heart, love and time into my cooking and most people of all cultures are happy to know me. I have made some types of all culture foods and even mothers are saying, Wow! Most children says “you cook like or better than my mom.” lol. My grandmother recipes are the best and now I've decide to make a recipe book from vegetarian to vegan recipes.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to listen to students, understanding what is being said and the students body language. I am a patient instructure, I have taught my family and friends to cook, bake and clean up after themselves. That’s important while cooking to reduce your work later.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self taught, I taught myself to cater foods after my grandmother taught me how to prepare and cook foods. I have owned a business of catering for 8 years in Shreveport Louisiana but moved to Texas and decided to learn more from other bakers and cooks.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I am affordable.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching my family and friends, after that all else followed. My friends and colleague will always call and ask me for guidance on how to cook this or that and send a recipe of the recipe that I have because I took my time to make the food taste good and the plate look good. I am a decorator and I am passionate about it.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with young and older students, from 6 years old to age over 60. I am patient in all that I do. Some time we learn together.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I catered my friends meditation gathering which was Vegan people and I decided to make foods that people are use to eating but may have not taste it Vegan style. Well, I made food for 30 students and afterwards I thaught we would have had food to take home but no they ate it all and asked me to send the recipes to them in email. I made a group email list and they really appreciated it.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The advice I give to a student that is looking for a teacher in his or her area is first ask for as much information as possible, (name, phone, city, vehicle he or she drives, etc.) the foods they are experienced in, are they self taught or do the teacher go strictly by recipes, do you cook for health reasons or have you experience any cooking for a type of health reason. Cooking should be something that a person love to do, when you love to do something it take you a long way in life.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Questions a student may think through before taliking to his or her teacher will be
1) Do you have time to teach me?
2) Are you a teacher that comes on time?
3) What foods have you cooked and what are you experienced in?
4) How patient are you?
5) How clean are you when and while cooking?
