Hi! My name is Kaylee and I have been teaching for well over 20 years!!! My kids love piano so much they have their recital songs memorized months before the recital. I do 30 minute lessons once a week and group once a month. With those unfamiliar with group I teach theory with game application materials for the kids. It's enjoyable for them and they learn a lot. I also have recitals at a minimum of 3 times a year and also love involving my students in AIM. AIM is a program that gives out scholarships to students who participate in them under given qualifications, but it also allows the students to learn their music at a deeper level! :) Call me! What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I love making it fun and enjoyable. I teach them to play the piano and then I play fun games with the students to keep them active. They say the more active a student is the more their brain learns and keeps in its knowledge.
