Keyboard Express

Welcome to more FUN, FREEDOM, and CREATIVITY in your music! My name is Marilyn Hart. I have loved teaching piano lessons in my East Kaysville home for over 40 years. I am the author of “Keyboard Express Chord Method Song and Theory Book.” Students learn how to play their favorite songs lots of fun ways using chords and improvising. They also learn to sight-read, compose songs, plus scales and chords in all 30 keys. I have given teacher and community education workshops on “Piano Fun Using Chords.”

Students come to a weekly regular 45 minute lesson (30 minutes with me at the piano and 15 minutes of theory activities). There is also a monthly hour class lesson instead of the regular lesson for that week, where students play theory games, learn about composers, and sometimes perform for each other.

Reasonable rates. Payments are due the first of each month for the number of lessons in each month. The amount is less for months with holidays or your vacation weeks if you give me notice ahead of time.
