All genres of music are taught, but if there is one particular genre that a student is interested in learning more than others that is perfectly fine. In conjunction with becoming a proficient pianist- sight-reading, music theory, rhythmic dictation, and creativity are emphasized. If there is an aspect of music you wish to learn that is not listed, please inquire using the provided form. Lessons are relaxed, fun, and encouraging. Some students also have the opportunity to be a part of music video shoots as the need arises, as well as have a chance to professionally record their own music if they are so interested. Currently, only in-person lessons are available at the teaching studio in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. Students usually have one lesson a week, but some choose to come as little as twice a month or when guidance is needed. Most ages are accepted as long as the student is able to have an adequate amount of focus and motivation. (Younger students participate in an incentive program).
