Spencer Day Violin Studio
About
I have been immensely blessed by having the violin in my life. I hope that my students can find great reward through playing, practicing, and performing on their instruments. In their own pursuit of excellence, I hope to help guide my students to become the kind of players that they hope to be, in a dynamic and constructive environment.
I am Violin Performance Major currently studying at BYU, and have been teaching and tutoring string players of all ages for a number of years. I teach lessons in Sandy. I am committed to making lessons fun, useful, and affordable.
I am also an avid performer myself, and this past year, I have been awarded the Oscar Valentin Violin Award by the National Federation of Music Clubs, as well as first prize in the Great Composers' Series competition in performances of Prokofiev.
