All of our instructors have a passion to teach their style of Martial art, we love to share and help our students learn and become more confident. We offer kids and adult/ family classes where yo ucan learn and share together. We also have private lessons available where you can get one on on e instruction to work on the specific things that you need.

    We bring them in and help them start to learn the basics, we offer a trial class, or you can just come in and sign up. Everyone does a no obligation introductory lesson to get the feel of our studio

    I have been training in Kenpo for 34 years, and have earned my 8th degree Black Belt. All of our instructors have several years of experience in their art

    We have several different pricing options, they are easily explained in person

    I started to help my instructor teach, and then started my own classes so that my kids would have another night to practice and advance their skills
