I am Judith, a tri-continental Hybrid, born in East Africa, raised in Europe, and now a DC transplant. Cooking and everything revolving around food is my true passion. Marrying the richness of Mediterranean cuisine and the American simplicity makes a perfect match of good and tasty food without spending hours and hours in the kitchen and/or breaking the bank.
You name it, I can cook it, no matter whether it is breakfast lunch or dinner. Using herbs and spices, fresh produce and simplicity is my key ingredient to having fun in the kitchen.
Having fun is mandatory when in the kitchen. Otherwise you aren't able to be creative and master the magic of cooking.
The excitement about not exactly knowing what I am going to cook, opening my panty and about 20-30 minutes later being able to feed my family and friends who are not skimpy when it comes to complimenting me on "the Magic!".
