What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I generally speak about the current skill level and what the interests are. The first lesson is often a two hour feel each other out sesson

CFBE, HACCP, BA, MBA 35 years of experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The first lesson is $75 plus materials and then $40/hour plus materials. I always provide recipes so you may build your own cookbook
