I've been working as a Dim Sum chef for more than 30 years. I also have a Vietnamese YouTube channel that teaches people how to cook Dim Sum dishes and other dishes as well. In addition, I have an English and Vietnamese cookbook about Asain pastries and Dim Sum. I speak three languages which are: English, Vietnamese, and Cantonese. I want to teach people who love and want to learn how to cook Dim Sum.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will show them the technique and recipes we will learn before letting them cook. I will let them familiarise themselves with the tools and the process so that they know what they will be doing before trying to cook the recipe.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I specialize in Hong Kong style Dim Sum and have held cooking seminars for more than three years. I've worked at various famous Chinese restaurants from Chicago to Los Angeles and Washington D.C.
