Dynamis Academy

On January 1, 2016 we announced an exciting rebranding of Remarck Sport Taekwondo to Dynamis Academy. Dynamis (pronounced do-NAHM-ees) is an ancient Greek word meaning inner strength or empowerment. This very name and ethos is indicative of the scope and scale of our program moving forward. Simply put, it is that untapped inner-power in each of us; not relegated merely to physical strength but rather to the power of the human spirit.

In that sense, Dynamis has really been our approach to working with your children from the very beginning--empowering each of them to become the best students, citizens, and athletes that they can be by harnessing their inner focus, their inner power, their inner....Dynamis.

Like before when we were operating under the Remarck name, Dynamis Academy will continue to specialize in athletic and educational enrichment designed to help young people reach their full potential and become leaders in society. Our before/after school program and summer camp provide a safe and creative haven where students can thrive through holistic education, health, fitness and leadership programs...along with FREE tutoring!!

We also specialize in Traditional Taekwondo, Self Defense for kids, and Brazilian Jui-Jitsu classes for adults.

Established in 2002.

Master Danielle is a 5th Dan Black Belt who has been training under Master Patrice Remarck for 20 years and runs Dynamis Academy full time. Master Danielle has an engineering degree from Cornell University but decided to work with kids to effect positive social change.
