We’ve been with Beth since 2023, and she has been an outstanding piano teacher for our three (3) daughters. She’s incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. Beth has gone above and beyond — helping us find a piano tuner, encouraging us to observe practice sessions, and even suggesting we share progress videos with previous teachers to celebrate growth. Her passion for teaching and genuine care have made a big impact on our daughter’s confidence and development. We highly recommend Beth to any family looking for a dedicated and thoughtful instructor!

Frequently asked questions

I assess where the student is in their musical development thus far.  This involves technique (hand and seating position), rhythmic solidity, musicality and potential for growth. I like to build upon what is already there, and further refine those skills during future lessons. Practically speaking, I would stay with the current materials, unless requested by the student/parent to change, and gradually add new materials as needed.
