Hi, I'm David Christie. I've been privately teaching piano lessons for over 40 years and I love teaching my students! I'm a compassionate teacher and tailor your lessons to your needs. My goals include teaching you to read music comfortably so you will be likely to continue playing piano as an adult, and teaching you how to practice effectively and strategically. I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals!
Classical Piano, Jazz Piano, Music Theory, Harmony, Improvisation, and Composition. I am available in both Bellevue (98005) and Bothell - Mill Creek (98012). I teach beginning and intermediate Classical Piano to all ages, from young children to older adults 5-70 years old. I teach beginning to advanced Jazz Piano, Improvisation, Music Theory, Harmony and Composition. I have a BA in Classical Piano & Composition, and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Piano Performance.
