Do Re Mi Academy

Do Re Mi Academy programs take traditional learning formats and add a unique twist to make a child’s experience with us truly extraordinary!  We believe, and research shows, that music improves retention and provides lifelong cognitive and developmental benefits. Do Re Mi Academy was started 18 years ago by Dave and Lauren Marone.  Lauren is a talented vocalist and musician, and after having her own children, wanted a way to bring the joy of musical arts to others. She began teaching small group piano classes, and then expanded with a music-immersion preschool.

We are a Renton Highlands/Newcastle area preschool and music academy featuring:

• Small Group Piano and Violin Classes for ages 4 to 14 years.  A year round, weekly program, these classes are held Monday through Friday from 4-8pm, and Saturdays, and feature two recitals each year for your child to showcase their growing talents!.
• Do Re Mi Preschool for children ages 18 months to 5 years. A music-immersion preschool, programs are half day, drop off classes from September – June.
• Summer programs for ages 3-7.  Music based, themed weekly camps from June to August. Classes are 3 hours in the morning or afternoon, Monday through Friday.
