Structure: Small group piano lessons include music theory, ear training, ensemble development, musical games, and more. It is designed to provide age-appropriate instruction in a small group setting of 5-6 students. Each student will have access to their own 88-key weighted Yamaha keyboard during class, as well as their own set of headphones. Led by a trained instructor, the students learn together in a team setting that builds relationships and teamwork, while also providing individualized instruction, as students will learn both solo repertoire as well as ensemble development. The group social dynamic provides a warm, fun atmosphere for learning - it is our goal at Do Re Mi for students to love music! Schedule: A year-round program, our small group classes run year-round (except for some holidays or breaks) and meet once a week for 55 minutes. Classes are weekday evenings from 4-8pm. We do our best to find the class time that meets your needs. A start date is issued when we meet a minimum number of students from our interest list for a particular class. Please let me know the age of your student, and I’d be happy to provide available time slots! Tuition: Small group piano tuition is split into equal monthly recurring payments that are made on the 1st of each month. Small group piano is $195.00 per month. Book fees are additional, but minimal and only 1-2 times per year (upon initial registration and when a class graduates a level). Your first invoice, will include the first month’s tuition and the book fees.
