Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When a new student enrolls at our studio, we first teach them the basics of Taekwondo. In about 3 months, you will see a very good amount of improvements from the time they first started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started training in Taekwondo with my son in the year 2000, earned our Blackbelts together in 2003. Started teaching and running a martial arts studio in the year 2005 up to the present.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes we do. Our standard pricing starts up with giving the new students an introductory special off of $99 2 months of martial arts lessons which includes a basic uniform and a belt.
How did you get started teaching?
At 2005, the Instructor at that time had left and I was asked by parents to continue the studio by teaching their kids Taekwondo. At that moment, with my Taekwondo training, I stepped up and agreed to teach Taekwondo and have been teaching ever since.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with a lot of types of students, some are challenging and some of the natural gifts of learning quickly. I have worked with kids that are ADHD, ADD, Autistc, kids who struggles with anxieties. It takes patience to teach these types of students and at the end of the day, we accomplish a goal - CONFIDENCE , RESPECT, COURAGE & PERSEVERANCE!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of gong to tournaments, I love to seee students go to these tournaments performing their techniques and gong out their and doing their best, because I believe in them.
