Being able to see the growth in children and reading their personality to personalize the teaching method suited for them. As a mother myself, it's a skill set learned in real life. The skill learnt in music such with difficult instrument as violin gives you confidence, good foundation for other music endeavors and growth in artistic and logical thought processes. I am not a rigid teacher. I guide with understanding and patience.

Mrs. Dana has been a great violin teacher for our 8-year old daughter. She is highly skilled on the violin and is a patient, encouraging teacher. Our daughter enjoys learning both songs from the lessons book she uses as well as tunes that Mrs. Dana lets her choose. Mrs. Dana has also been flexible and very accommodating of our busy schedule. Highly recommended!
