About

I have been a professional working jazz piano player for over 40 years. I play all styles of jazz. My teaching method is well organized and systematic.

My students must know how to read music. I do not teach young children. Lessons are 45 minutes weekly. Rates are $45 per weekly lessons with a commitment of six weeks payable in advance. I offer a free introductory session to help you decide if we are a good fit.

I teach at the Maple Leaf Studio at 1060 100th St, Seattle WA 98125. The Maple Leaf has several fine pianos, including a Steinway grand. The Maple Leaf Studio has frequent jam sessions that are open to players of all levels.
