About
The piano is a fun instrument. It is also a difficult one. My goal is to translate my passion for playing the piano in an adaptable, individual-based manner.
With a degree in classical piano from Cornish College of the Arts earned under the tutelage of nationally reknowned and locally beloved pianist and teacher Peter Mack, I learned to possess an awareness of the craft. Through the combined practice of diagnosing technical problems and the freedom of interpretation, I believe any student can achieve what they set out to, and I love nothing more than to aid in musical self-discovery at any skill level.
I like to teach piano because I love music. Some of my most fond musical memories were made in the presence my piano teachers over the years. I believe the sharing of knowledge is what makes the piano such a beautiful instrument.
