MadamL is such a encouraging wonderful person! This is my first time taking singing lessons and singing solo in front of someone and she is so kind and encouraging. I have learned so much and I recommend her to anyone who is afraid to sing in front of another person. She has also found some weak areas that I was completely blind to in my voice. We are working on those areas together and it’s wild to actually see improvement in your own voice! Highly recommended for any new singers!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our first meeting we talk about your goals, assess your range, identify your areas of growth, and learn breathing exercises. From there we move from breathing to timing, diction, memorization, technique, poise, performance etiquette, and more! We set goal checkpoints and polish a repertoire for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 35 years in performance, 15 years in choir, 5 years in the opera and symphony choruses and a Minor in music. I was also Assistant Choir Director at my college. I have state awards, TV show experience in rounds of American Idol, and Star Search (Puyallup's winning Idol in 2007)
