About
My name is Jeremiah Gamman, and I’m a classically trained violinist with a passion for helping students discover their unique musical voice. I began playing the violin at the age of five and studied through the Suzuki method, which shaped both my technique and deep love for music. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of performing with various ensembles, including the Sammamish Symphony.
As a teacher, I specialize in audiation—the ability to hear, understand, and replicate music in the mind, even when no sound is present, and without the sheet music. This is commonly known as playing by ear. This foundational skill helps students not only play music but truly understand it from the inside out. Whether you're a beginner just picking up the violin for the first time, or an advanced player looking to refine your musicianship, my goal is to guide you toward confident, expressive playing and a lifelong connection to music.
