The Piano Studio With Renata
About
FREE introductory lesson! If you are seeking a qualified, committed, enthusiastic, yet patient piano teacher, I would like the opportunity to help you, in teaching the piano basics, including theory, at all levels and ages, from classical to contemporary.
Music has been my passion since the age of 4. I have had musical training throughout my childhood, and through university (I have a Master of Music in Performance and Pedagogy), and had many opportunities in performing, as a soloist and in collaboration with other musicians, and in competitions. This has enabled me to pursue a music career in performance and teaching. It brings me joy to see students learning and excited about seeing their progress.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My overall goal for every student, is to give them the best, detailed instruction on the basics of pano playing and theory, using the proper technique, musicality and helping the student gain confidence in knowing they accomplished something and feel good about doing it. My approach varies from student to student. Depending on their age, development and their goals, I customize each lesson to suit each student and the music they are working on. I enjoy the challenge of working with all levels of students. I help prepare them for recitals, festivals and just for the enjoyment of learning to play the piano.
