Maxi Rossetti

I hold a Violin Performance degree from Lawrence University and I've worked under the tutelage of excellent professors from USA, Europe and Latin America. I have also played in many orchestras and music ensembles, exploring different styles of music, while having a solid technique from classical training.

My multi-cultural experience combined with pedagogical knowledge (both from college and the Suzuki Association of the Americas) allows me to cater the student's musical needs with adaptability in order to keep them engaged while achieving steady progress.

My approach to lessons is very flexible depending of the student's needs and goals. Rational explanations usually work better with adults so I go for a more playful engagement when it comes to younger students. I also keep a very kind and respectful environment while pushing my students to become the best version of themselves.

I believe laying out a solid technical foundation should be the priority, as it will provide the necessary tools to further gain musicianship and feel comfortable with the instrument. This can be achieved through many paths involving different music genres that fit the student's expectations.
