My son has been a student with family Tae Kwon Do Champions for a few months now and the life skills he has learned are great! Not only have I noticed a difference but friends, and relatives have noticed a big difference in him. Especially with his confidence. When we went new places/met new people he would hide behind me and now he has not only stopped doing that but can actually hold a conversation with an adult and not be afraid of them.
